How to Order

ONLINE CUSTOMERS
New Customers:
Select the products you are interested in purchasing and when your Cart is full, proceed to the Checkout. Don't forget to take advantage of our Free Shipping offer for North American orders over $100.
In the Checkout you will need to Register to Create an Account before proceeding.
Returning Customers:
Either login before adding products to your Cart, or wait to login in the Checkout.
Select the products you are interested in purchasing and when your Cart is full, proceed to the Checkout. Don't forget to take advantage of our Free Shipping offer for North American orders over $100.
After Login:
In the Checkout you will be asked for your Billing Information and Shipping Information, if not already on file with your account.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders to be shipped to a separate address from your credit card billing address, you must have a PayPal account to complete the order process.
You can complete the order process and make your payment without a PayPal account, however the shipping address must match your credit card billing address.
Next, choose your Shipping Method (free shipping on orders over $100, before taxes), confirm Payment Information (PayPal) and Review Your Order.
Once your order is complete, click on the button to Place Order and you will be redirected to PayPal.
Completing your Order in PayPal:
Login to your existing account, sign-up for a new PayPal account, or simply pay with your credit card.
Follow the instructions on PayPal.
Once the order process is complete, there will be a link back to the Log Cabin Toys website, where you can view and print your Order Invoice. You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email.
RESELLERS
New Resellers:
Register your store and create an online account first.
Once your information has been verified, your account will be activated and you will be notified via email. You can then return to the website, login and place your order, where you will receive wholesale pricing.
Registered Resellers:
Login to place your order and receive wholesale pricing. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the home page. Browse our Products and select items to add to your Cart.
Once the order amount in your Cart reaches the minimum $200, you can proceed to Checkout.
In the Checkout you will be asked for your Billing Information and Shipping Information, if not already on file with your account.
